Important: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
By subscribing to any of our plans (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime), you acknowledge and agree that once a subscription is initiated and payment is processed, it is non-refundable. We do not accept return or refund requests under any circumstances. This policy ensures that we can continue to provide a high-quality, stable platform for all our restaurant partners.
Once subscribed, return is not acceptable.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, such as:
- Personal identifiers (name, email address, phone number)
- Business information (restaurant name, address, menu data)
- Account credentials (hashed passwords)
- Images and media you upload for your menu branding
- Payment details such as transaction IDs for manual verification

- Provide and maintain our services, including your public digital menu.
- Verify payments and activate accounts manually.
- Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
- Improve our platform through usage analytics and user feedback.
- Generate AI-powered dish descriptions using Genkit features.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information, we will delete your data within 30 days of the request, unless retention is required by law.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to handle session management and remember your language preferences. We do not use persistent tracking cookies for third-party advertising. You can control cookie settings in your browser, though some features of our service may not function properly without them.
