1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EzyMenu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Subscription and Payments
Refund Policy
Important: All payments made to EzyMenu for monthly or yearly subscription plans are final and non-refundable.
We do not provide credits, refunds, or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-term. In the event of a cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Use License
Permission is granted to use EzyMenu for commercial restaurant management purposes. Under this license you may not:
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service.
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
- Use the Service in any way that violates local or international laws.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify EzyMenu immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EzyMenu and its licensors. Your menu data and uploaded images remain your property, but you grant us a license to host and display this content to your customers as part of the Service.
6. Disclaimer
The materials on EzyMenu are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
7. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall EzyMenu or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if EzyMenu has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
